MP hot die forging press
Hot die forging press is widely used in automobile, train, ship, aviation, mining machinery, hardware tools industry parts of the pressure craftsmen, is a modern forge indispensable precision forging machinery.
1, fuselage mechanism. The machine body is a split structure. The beam, column and base of the press are fastened together by four tie rods to form a rigid and high stress frame. There are working Windows on both sides of the machine body to facilitate the transfer of forgings, which is used in automatic assembly line operations.
2. Slider guide rail structure. The guide device is composed of front beam, back beam, guide plate, wedge, etc. The guide rail adopts 45° X-type structure, and the slider clearance is about 0.34mm. X-type guide rail is not sensitive to temperature, when the forging temperature is certain, the gap between the slider can be adjusted to be smaller than the existing gap.
3, slider adjustment structure. This series press adopts the electric sliding block lifting adjustment device, the adjustment motor fixed on the front beam drives the worm through the coupling and the bevel gear, the worm and the pressure pin meshing, adjusts.
4. Connecting rod mechanism. This press belongs to the connecting rod type hot die forging press, the connecting rod is integral, using the design of double connecting rod, so that the slider guiding precision is higher (using single connecting rod below 16000KN).
5. Clutch system. The clutch is mounted on the big gear. When the clutch valve is ventilated, the rotating motion of the big gear is transferred to the eccentric shaft through the friction plate, which drives the sliding block of the connecting rod to move. When the clutch valve exhausts, the clutch no longer transfers torque and the eccentric shaft stops moving. The clutch also acts as overload insurance for the press.
6. Braking system. Separated pneumatic operated friction brake is also used. The brake adopts compressed air to detach the friction disc and convey the required brake torque by the friction force. A circulating water cooling device is arranged on the brake housing and the pressure plate to take away the friction heat of the brake.
7, lubrication system. The press adopts dry oil automatic lubrication, thin oil manual lubrication, effectively reduce the friction loss.
8. Balancing device. The air pressure cylinder balancing device is used, and two balancing cylinders are installed above the frame to balance the weight of the eccentric shaft, connecting rod and slide block. The rear balance cylinder has a secondary cylinder for tightening or loosening the eccentric pressure pin.
9. Transmission system. The press is a two-stage drive. It is composed of motor, small pulley, triangle belt, drive shaft, bearing seat, pinion and adjusting bolt.
10. Release the stuffy car system. Adopt special mold height adjustment and release stuffy car device, equipped with special adjustment motor for operation. This patented technology is developed by our company (patent number: ZL200720019899.2), with simple structure and convenient operation.
11. Electronic control system. PLC control, equipped with tonnage indicator device, bearing temperature monitoring device, oil level monitoring device, automatic monitoring of the working state of the press, to achieve multiple safe operation loop system, to ensure the safety of operators.
